Our History

Little Dippers Learning Center was incorportated in 1987 and was the first offical daycare in Skagway.  We are a non-profit early learning center dedicated to serving children and families. Skagway is a cruise ship destination, and many young families are employed during the busy summer months, creating a need for childcare services. The Skagway Childcare Council, comprised of a volunteer board, is the private non-profit corporation that operates Little Dippers Learning Center.
